Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Request Window
● We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
● Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received.
● For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
● For orders placed during the holiday season we are happy to accept returns and exchanges through January 31st.
Exchange and Replacement
● At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
● Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, let us know within a week after receiving your order.
● Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! Send us an email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of the defective product.
Refunds
● Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong or damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
● We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
● Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We can’t accept returns when:
● The request is submitted out of our time frame window.
● Unclaimed. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
● Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
How To Request a Return
● To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
● Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What qualifies for a refund?
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.
● Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as quick as possible.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
● If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
● We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Cancellations for Orders Made by Mistake?
● It is best to contact us as soon as possible for us to see if it’s possible to cancel your order. While it’s not guaranteed, we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
● Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
● Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express your will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
